London, Friday 9 April, 2021 – Ashington Innovation Plc has announced that WGP Global has been appointed as Strategic Advisor to the company and to its proposed listing on the London Stock Exchange. Ashington is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), which aims to complete its listing on the LSE very shortly. David Orchard, co-founder of WGP Global will also join Ashington as its General Counsel.
Ashington Innovation will be searching for significant investment opportunities in the global technology and fintech sectors.
